Fiberglass roofing systems [GRP]

Topseal, unlike a lot of other fiberglass systems on the market, is manufactured using resins that will not become brittle and crack so remaining flexible and able to move with any building.

Built Up Felt Systems

Anderson and Thomas Roofing have been installing built up felt system for the sixty years we have been in business, this in our opinion is one of the best value for money flat roofing systems available indeed some of felt roofs this company have installed have lasted well over 30 years.

With the new polyester based high performance felts laid frame bonded in hot bitumen we see Built Up felt as great value for money.

Liquid Roofing Solutions

We are now installers of 3M Scotchcote long term roof membrane systems.

These liquid roof membrane systems are comprised of two layers of aliphatic moisture triggered polyurethanes, a black base, embedment coat into which, on flat roofs, a fiber glass reinforcing mat is encapsulated. The second coat is a UV stable top coat in a choice of standard roofing colors. This system we find is becoming ever more popular owing to the fact that the existing roof system in most cases do not need to be stripped, this removes the requirement to dispose of failed materials in landfill that, in turn, is helping to save our planet.

Insulation

With the ever rising cost of keeping our houses warm one of cheapest ways to do this is to incorporate insulation into any future roofing works you may have planned, if the existing decking on your roof needs to be replaced we can add some in then or we can fix this in as a thick sheet form known as PUR board. Adding insulation in our opinion is a real money saver, you will notice almost immediately how much your heating costs are reduced by adding insulation.

Asbestos Roof Sheeting

For a number of years now, we have been dealing with asbestos roof sheeting, from stripping this material and clearing it from site to providing a brand new roof using the latest sheeting materials, or we can treat, waterproof, and encapsulate the existing asbestos roof sheeting.

Fascias Gutters and soffits

We are happy to provide you with the very highest quality Fascias Soffits and gutters, whereas a lot of firms are providing sub stand fascias and soffits systems that are really just made to clad the existing fascias and soffits, we strip out all the existing fascias and soffits and provide the very highest quality replacements at the correct thickness, we will also provide new felt to the gutter edges and bird comb so stopping bird infestation.
